Subscription. SearchFlow is offered as a yearly subscription: Professional for one person, or Team per user. Ask is included, up to 200 questions per user per month.
Trial period. The first 14 days are free. No payment details are required.
Payment. Payment is made through Stripe, yearly in advance. The total amount, including VAT where applicable, is shown before payment. A Team user added beyond the paid seats is charged immediately for the remainder of the year.
Cancellation. The subscription can be cancelled at any time under Manage subscription in the SearchFlow settings. It remains active until the end of the paid year and is not renewed.
Refunds. On request to sales@domusflow.io within 14 days of a payment, that payment is refunded in full. After this period, unused time is not refunded.
End of the subscription. When the subscription ends, SearchFlow stops searching. No data is deleted from your PC. If a renewal payment fails, SearchFlow remains available for up to 14 days while the payment is retried.
Applicable law. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
